Fancy Beads is a wholesale business - selling to bead stores and select large-volume designers who resell the products. For qualified customers, there is no minimum order. To establish a business as a Fancy Beads wholesale customer, register for approval.If a customer is unable or unwilling to provide information to qualify as a wholesale buyer, the minimum order of $150 is enforced. This policy reduces the risk to stores of their customers cutting out the middle-man.
SHIPPING
Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of shipment and the destination of the goods. To allow customers to choose the most cost-effective options, Fancy Beads offers UPS Ground and USPS shipping services.RETURNS
If Fancy Beads ships the wrong or defective items, Fancy Beads accepts (with our apologies) the return within 10 days of receipt. Fancy Beads will replace the item or issue a credit to the customer account.If the customer decides to return an item for any other reason, there is a 15% restocking fee. Please note that Fancy Beads can only accept returns of full bags in this case. If a partial bag of items is returned, no credit is given.
Customers returning an item for any reason, please contact Fancy Beads first. Failure to do so may result in the return being denied.
